Tom Smail, an HVAC technician at Bradigan’s, successfully completed the Chimney Safety Institute of America’s rigorous exam to become a CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep. Mr. Smail has enhanced his knowledge of how to properly inspect, diagnose, clean and repair chimney and venting systems in order to better protect people against fire and carbon monoxide poisonings.
CSIA Certification is the hallmark of excellence in the chimney service industry. The credential signifies knowledge of codes and practices important to providing the best service and to staying ahead in an ever-changing industry.

Tank Cleaning System
Condensation accumulates on oil storage tank bottoms causing sludge build-up and corrosion. A severe amount of sludge will cause plugged fuel nozzles, clogged fuel lines and filters, damage to pumps, strainers, and foot valves.
