Bradigan’s Inc. is looking for a part-time customer service representative to work out of our main office in Kittanning!

Key Tasks and Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service by professionally and promptly serving walk-in and
    telephone trade
  •  Process online and other orders
  • Have Team-oriented personality
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of good customer service procedures
  • Process E.A. and Salvation Army Pledges/Orders
  • Cross train with other staff members
  • Effective Office Management & Organizational Skills
  • Positive Customer Orientation
  • Complete various accounting tasks such as, but limited to:
    • Check in Loads & prepare bank deposits
    • Enter Gallons Delivered and Number of Stops on Driver’s Payroll Spreadsheet
    • Inventory tracking for Non-Reporting Sites
  • Experience with various business software applications
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or GED1-3 years’ work experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Superior customer service and communication skills by phone and in person
  • PC proficient for data entry, Microsoft Office Suite and utilization of business applications
  • Attention to detail, ability to perform accurate computations, verification of data and able to
    resolve issues
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Part-Time – Days of the week to be determined
This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time permanent
